Can I share members-only resources with non-members?
Individual members of the Reading Recovery Council of North
America are provided online access to journals and other
publications. Access is controlled by means of logging in with a
unique username and password. This log-in is provided to the RRCNA
member only. Individual log-ins should be kept confidential and not
be shared, nor should any materials downloaded from the Members Only
area of the website by an RRCNA member be distributed or reproduced
without permission.
Should I provide my school or home address?
Please provide the address to which you would like your journals
mailed. We suggest that you provide your home address so you
continue to receive your journals during the summer or in the event
you move to a new school.
How do I remove my name or e-mail from your mailing or e-mail
list?
You may opt-out of third-party mailing lists by checking the
opt-out
option on your membership application or renewal form (on the back
of the renewal slip). You may also contact the membership staff at

Once I join or renew, when will I receive my new member packet,
membership card, receipt, and journals?
New member packets and renewal receipts are mailed at least
twice per month. The most recent journals are included in new member
packets. If you have recently renewed your membership you will
receive the next published journal.
Why haven't I received a journal?
Journals are published biannually (three issues of The Journal of
Reading Recovery were published in 2005). Journals are mailed as
they are published to all current members. If you have missed an
issue, please contact the membership staff at (614) 310-READ (7323)
to verify your mailing address and to request a copy of the missed
issue. Current members may also access the journals online through
the
Members Only site by clicking on
the "Download Publications" link.
What is my member ID number?
If you have renewed your membership, your ID number remains the
same. You may look up your number online (the ID lookup link is on
the member log-in screen). Please note that this
database is updated once daily, so your number may not be listed
immediately if you have just paid your membership online. You may
also contact the membership staff at (614) 310-READ (7323) to
request your member ID number.
Why can't I access the Members Only site or the online Book
List?
These pages are only available to current members and are
connected to a database that is updated daily. If you recently
submitted your payment, please allow a few days for your information
to be processed. You may access these sites with temporary logins.
If you need this information, please contact the membership staff at
(614) 310-READ (7323).
